Messaging and communication

Customers and candidates may receive operational messages related to onboarding and order lifecycle. Message frequency may vary and carrier rates may apply.

Users may request support with HELP and can opt out by replying STOP where applicable.

Transactions and payment rules

Transactions above configured limits may require bank wire or alternative approved methods. Certain payment methods can be restricted for compliance and risk controls.

Order execution and shipment dispatch are performed only after payment is confirmed.

Claims, losses, and reporting windows

Claims for lost or damaged packages must be reported within declared deadlines; delayed reports may be denied.

If optional shipment insurance was selected, compensation scope depends on declared value, available evidence, and carrier/insurer decision.

Shipping, export, and account holds

Customers are responsible for accurate shipment declarations and export compliance for destination country and product category.

Security holds can be applied if account, payment, or compliance discrepancies are detected.

• Unclaimed packages may be classified as abandoned after storage limits expire.
• Export-restricted destinations require applicable authorizations before dispatch.
• Declared value affects both customs assessment and insurance coverage.

Liability and indemnification

Freightmetro Inc. liability is limited as defined by handling terms, carrier conditions, and selected optional services.

Customers agree to indemnify Freightmetro Inc. against third-party claims related to submitted shipment content and declarations.

Governing law and updates

These Terms are governed by the laws of Montana, United States, unless local mandatory rules provide otherwise.

We may update these Terms periodically; continued use of the service after publication constitutes acceptance of updated conditions.
