Storage charges

Return processing charges

  • Return shipping only$11 per registered item. Customer must contact the store and provide a return label when required. Additional fees may apply for partial-content returns.

APO/FPO address shipping

  • Handling fee$27 per shipment (includes one received package) + USPS Priority Mail rate
  • Extra consolidated package$11 per additional received package

Pick-up handling fees (appointment only)

  • Packages$1.10/lb (minimum $33/box)
  • Mail items (Premium only)$11 per pick-up

Personal shopper charges

  • Regular shopping feeBasic/Premium: 15% of purchase value (minimum $10). Distributor: 10% of purchase value (minimum $10). A $30 minimum may apply for selected stores.
  • Additional shopping feeRegular shopping fee + $33 for in-store buying, phone/fax/email orders, store pick-up, or special handling requests.
